Shipping, Delivery and Refunds

Packages are shipped on or around the 22nd day of each month. Orders placed by the 7th of each month will ship in the same month, while orders placed after the 7th of the month will fall into next month’s batch and ship the following month! Members will receive notice of when the package has been dispatched to them.

Shipping is free to the UK for all subscription boxes and gift subscriptions using Hermes Courier tracked delivery. Tracked delivery can be purchased separately and is available on the checkout page.

International Shipping

Packages are shipped outside of the UK using Royal Mail. Customers have an option to choose between Standard Shipping and Tracked Shipping on the check-out page with the relevant cost for each service.

By ordering goods from Vinyl Wings destined specifically to EU-member states, you agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) and as such customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf.

As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination country and are solely responsible for the payment of duties and taxes which may be applicable. Vinyl Wings will not be responsible for additional duties or taxes which may be incurred as a result of international delivery.

Returns and Damages

Damage Policy

If you as a Customer receive a damaged record from Vinyl Wings, we will send a replacement out to you, subject to you notifying us of such issues within 3 business days of receipt of the package.
Damages for which we will issue a replacement are those which render the products (records) un-usable or defective (such as excessive scratches or scuffs, significant warpage or cracks in the vinyl). We will not issue a replacement for minor cosmetic issues such as creases, or dinged or bent corners on the packaging.
Please send an email to hello@vinylwings.co.uk (with an attached video and photo if possible) and we will address it within 48 hours.

Return Policy

Sometimes you might receive a record that is not to your liking (outside of damages). While we hope that you can give the album a couple of listens before making your verdict, we unfortunately do not accept returns on any of our records. This is due to return shipping cost and to avoid damages on the return trip, along with quality control reasons.
